Beyond company formation and real estate transactions, some clients engage MPMS to manage a broader initiative — one that spans legal structuring, technology development, vendor coordination, and execution across multiple jurisdictions. These engagements span a range of industries and formats, from traditional corporate and real estate ventures to technology-driven initiatives such as blockchain and tokenized-asset projects.
MPMS acts as the coordinating project manager across these workstreams — defining scope, sequencing dependencies, and managing vendors and advisors — so that founders and investors can focus on the business itself rather than day-to-day coordination.

LBank Exchange Token Listing
LBank取引所 トークン上場
Led the listing of a client token on LBank, a major global cryptocurrency exchange, managing the process end-to-end from application through to the token going live.
大手グローバル暗号資産取引所であるLBankへのトークン上場を主導し、申請から上場までのプロセスを一貫して管理しました。
MPMS's role: listing strategy, exchange liaison, and coordination of the application and compliance process.
MPMSの役割：上場戦略の立案、取引所との折衝、申請・コンプライアンス対応の調整。
Status: listed and live on LBank. Inquiries regarding token listing support are welcome.

Minerva Estate
Minerva Estate
A fractional-ownership concept for overseas vacation properties, structured around blockchain-based ownership records. The model allows a single property to be divided among multiple owners, each holding a transferable ownership record and an annual usage allocation, with unused days available for rental income.
海外のバケーションホームを対象とした、ブロックチェーンによる所有権記録を活用した分割所有型のコンセプトです。1つの物件を複数のオーナーで分割保有し、各オーナーは譲渡可能な所有権記録と年間の利用日数を保有、未使用分は賃貸収入に充当できる仕組みです。
