Basic Policy on Anti-Social Forces

反社会的勢力に対する基本方針

1. Basic Stance

MINERVA PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES L.L.C. ("MPMS", "we") recognizes that severing all relationships with anti-social forces — including organized crime groups and their affiliates, and any individual or entity engaged in activities that threaten the safety and order of civil society or the soundness of economic activity — is a fundamental element of sound corporate management. As an organization, we resolutely refuse and will never engage in any relationship with such forces.

1. 基本方針

MINERVA PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES L.L.C.(以下「当社」)は、暴力団をはじめとする反社会的勢力およびその関係者、その他市民社会の安全・秩序や経済活動の健全性を脅かす個人・団体との関係を一切遮断することが、健全な企業経営の基本であると認識しています。当社は組織として、これらの勢力とのいかなる関係も断固として拒絶し、一切の関係を持ちません。

2. No Unreasonable Demands or Provision of Benefit

We will not accede to unreasonable demands from anti-social forces, and will not provide funds or any other benefit to such forces under any circumstances, whether directly or indirectly.

2. 不当要求の拒絶・利益供与の禁止

当社は、反社会的勢力からの不当な要求には一切応じません。また、直接・間接を問わず、これらの勢力に対して資金その他の利益を提供することはありません。

3. Response System

In the event of contact or an unreasonable demand from anti-social forces, we respond as an organization rather than leaving the matter to any individual employee, and cooperate closely with the police, lawyers, and other external specialist organizations as necessary.

3. 対応体制

反社会的勢力からの接触や不当要求があった場合、当社は担当者個人に対応を委ねることなく組織として対応し、必要に応じて警察・弁護士等の外部専門機関と緊密に連携します。

4. Contractual Measures

Where appropriate, we include provisions in our client and partner agreements confirming that the counterparty is not an anti-social force, and reserve the right to terminate an agreement without liability if this is later found not to be the case.

4. 契約における対応

当社は、お客様および取引先との契約において、相手方が反社会的勢力に該当しないことを確認する条項を必要に応じて設け、後にこれに該当することが判明した場合には、当社に損害賠償責任を負わせることなく契約を解除できるものとします。
